Sivaji (also Shivaji) stays in the background. He reviews providers, drops crates and leashes, and does not sit in the courtyard as a host. His main office is 6330 Stoneridge Mall Rd, Pleasanton, CA 94588 — platform mail and contact only. It is not a building on the neighbor map.
The daily fee is $25 and is shown so neighbors can settle in person. Payments are out of scope. The portal is named for Biscuit, a French bulldog.
